Clothes Circuit Contract The Clothes Circuit will sell your items and send you a check for 45% of the proceeds after your items have been on the floor for 50 days if we owe you $75 or more. Pricing and markdowns are at the discretion of the store. We do not assume liability for lost or damaged items. If we later discover a flaw or stain missed at intake, your piece will be donated to charity without notice. After the 50-day check, we typically continue to reduce prices on items we feel are saleable. We move others to storage and reintroduce them as the season proceeds. Some are donated. With this movement of goods, we only offer pickup at the end of 50 days. With this season long consignment arrangement, we are able to sell 95% of the items consigned and to then send out sweep checks of $50 or more to most of our consignors at the end of the season for amounts that have built up since their earlier payments. There is a $1 fee for each item consigned that is paid by the purchaser of the item. If we owe you amounts under $50, you are welcome to use that as store credit or pick up cash after the seasonal sweeps in early February and early September. Your items never become our property as is typical in most resale operations. Donations of unsold pieces are done in your name and you may request a receipt at season's end.
